When PRMG first opened our doors, there was a staff of 3 individuals dedicated and committed to helping to grow the company. Today, PRMG is licensed in 48 states in addition to Washington DC and by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) with over 150 branches and operation centers strategically located across the country, supported by 1,700 employees and growing each day!
PRMG is a technology-based mortgage company that lends nationwide, but still provides personal service to our clients. As a direct lender/servicer, PRMG works to find the best possible financing scenarios, ranging from competitive financing for the first time homebuyer to multi-million dollar loans for the more experienced homeowner. To help facilitate the first-rate service, PRMG offers in-house processing, underwriting, documents, and funding; with an experienced and helpful support staff.
PRMG is a Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac direct lender, offering standard conventional products as well as Fannie Mae’s Homestyle Renovation, HomeReady by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac’s Home Possible. Additionally, PRMG is a Ginnie Mae issuer and offers a variety of FHA, VA and USDA products. The FHA and VA loan programs provide loans to borrowers with credit scores as low as 550. Closed-end second liens are another option in PRMG’s product line. For renovation, not only do we offer Fannie Mae’s Homestyle Renovation program, we also offer the FHA 203K Limited and Standard renovation programs. HECMs, also known as reverse mortgages, are another product line in our diverse offering. With a team that specializes in jumbo and non-QM products, we offer loan amounts up to $5 million. Additionally, the non-QM product line includes bank statements for qualifying, expanded debt to income ratios, one year income documentation, interest only amortization, foreign nationals, non-warrantable condos and many other non-QM features. PRMG is continually adding to and refining our product line to ensure we have a loan for every eligible borrower.
